1179A Mass-Flo® Analog/Digital, Elastomer-sealed Mass Flow Controller

The MKS Instruments 1179A Mass-Flo® General Purpose Mass Flow Controller is a general purpose, elastomer-sealed mass flow controller designed to measure and control the flow of gases in a wide variety of applications, particularly where cleanliness is required. It can also be used as a pressure controller when connected to a suitable pressure transducer.

Note, the 1179A has been replaced by the 1179C.
