179C Mass-Flo® Analog, Metal-sealed Mass Flow Meter

The MKS Instruments 179C Mass-Flo® All-Metal Mass Flow Meter (MFM) is an all-metal mass flow meter (MFM) designed to measure the flow of gases in a wide variety of applications. It is available in both analog and digital models with accuracies of 1% of Full Scale and 1% of Reading, respectively.
