Course Overview

This 3 day course covers the basic principles of an integrated treatment of leak detection for vacuum system maintenance.  Some of the learning goals are focused on configuring, operating, and troubleshooting a high vacuum system and also locating leaks using a helium mass spectrometer leak detector.
